Heights is one of the few organizations that insist on a no-bond agreement with the selected candidate. This being the case, Heights does not entertain payment of any kind from candidates for employment.
We have observed various instances of job opportunities being published/publicized in the media including Print, Websites, Blogs and other publicly available portals/virtual spaces. Please note that any such unauthorized publication of job opportunity and/or naming Heights in any form and connected with the organization Heights, is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Heights. Heights reserves the right to take legal action against such unauthorized publication(s).
Please also note that all mails to candidates have a statutory warning against payment of cash for securing jobs at Heights.
Some common attributes of these fake job offer emails are as follows:
They come from public email ids: sometimes even from hr@heightsit.com (if you get such an email please check your junk items).
They claim to come from some consultancy who can arrange for a job with Heights.
They call for cash payment or cash deposit into a designated bank account.
To make the offer seem authentic, they may call the candidate to a non-Heights premise, where they would hold a technical interview & HR Round, by using people posing or claiming to be Heights employees. Kindly note that all the face-to-face interviews of Heights (other than the Off-Campus recruitment drives) happens only in registered Heights facilities and not anywhere else.
The fake email will call for submission of ‘qualification documents’, ‘experience certificate’, photographs, and so forth, to make it more authentic.
The emails may contain apparent grammar and spelling errors.
Please refrain from paying/depositing any money and promptly add it to your spam mail. In case you have already made a payment, please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station so that necessary action can be taken against the imposters.
Our advertisement will be unique with our logo, a Heights email ID for response and carry the URL of our careers site.
